Done-For-You AI Automation for Early-Stage Startups

Founders at your stage lose 10 to 15 hours a week to manual ops work. We build and run the systems that take it off your plate, on the stack you already use.

Watch: how we automate your operations in 8 to 12 weeks (3 min)

No retainer pitch, no obligation. 30 minutes on a call, and you leave with an automation roadmap either way.

What do you get

A team of AI engineers who build, deploy, and run your automations

You get working systems in production, plus the team that keeps them running. No strategy decks that sit in a drawer.

How an engagement runs
Phase 1

Discovery

We map your actual workflows: where time goes, what's duplicated, what automation moves.

Roadmap

Prioritized Plan

8 to 15 workflows ranked by ROI and effort, with diagrams and a fixed-price build proposal.

Phase 2

Build and Deploy

Custom n8n workflows with error handling, alerts, and documentation. Production-grade.

Phase 3

Handover

Training, docs, and optional support. Everything is open-source n8n. You own it all.

Result: your team gets its week back

We identify where automation creates real leverage in your business, then build and deploy those systems across your operations, product, and outreach.

Your team stops copying data between tools, chasing follow-ups, and doing research by hand. The systems run in the background while your people focus on growth.

/ 01

An automation roadmap

Usually 8 to 15 workflows ranked by ROI and effort, with diagrams for each. You understand your own business better even if we never build together.

/ 02

Production systems, live

Custom n8n workflows with Claude built in where reasoning helps. Error handling, retries, and failure alerts from the first version. Not demoware.

/ 03

Everything, handed over

Loom walkthroughs, written SOPs, and team training. It all runs on open-source n8n. Bring it in-house whenever you want. No lock-in.

The difference

How do we compare to other agencies?

Working with Soch
Other agencies
You work directly with the founding team
Handed to juniors after the sales call
We build, deploy, and run the systems
Strategy decks with no implementation
Built on your existing stack
Forced migrations to tools they resell
Error handling, monitoring, and docs from day one
Demos that break the week after handover
Fixed scope, agreed before we start
Open-ended retainers that quietly grow
Open-source n8n, you own every workflow
Black-box builds you rent forever

30 minutes. You leave with a roadmap whether we work together or not.

Who you'll work with

Operator DNA, not agency DNA

Soch means "to think" in Urdu. We built the company to give founders their thinking time back.

  • Built by operators from inside Careem, Bolt, Motive, and Wise, companies that scaled from hundreds to thousands
  • Member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, with a direct line into Anthropic for technical depth most agencies can't access
  • Everything runs on self-hosted, open-source n8n. Documented, no black boxes, yours to keep
  • Our own sales, content, and ops stack runs on the same automations we sell, and we'll show you what broke along the way

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do you do? +
We build custom AI workflow automation for early-stage startups. Discovery first: we map your actual workflows and hand you a prioritized roadmap. Then we build the priority automations on self-hosted n8n, with Claude integrated where reasoning, classification, or generation helps. Then we hand everything over, documented and trained.
Who do you work with? +
US-based early-stage startups, pre-seed through Series B, typically 5 to 50 people. If you or your first hires are drowning in lead routing, reporting, onboarding, and follow-ups instead of selling or building, you are exactly who we built this for. We don't serve enterprise and we don't serve SMBs outside that window.
What does it cost? +
Discovery runs $1,000 to $4,000 depending on scope. Implementation typically runs $3,000 to $8,000 per phase. Discovery ends with a fixed-price build proposal, so you know the exact number before anything gets built, and it doesn't move once agreed. Compare that to an ops hire at $60 to 80K loaded who takes three months to ramp.
What happens when you leave? Can my team maintain it? +
Everything we build runs on open-source, self-hosted n8n with Loom walkthroughs, written SOPs, and architecture diagrams for every workflow. No black boxes. You own it, your team gets trained on it, and you can bring it in-house or switch providers anytime. An optional monthly retainer covers maintenance and new workflows if you want us to stay on.
What is required on my end? +
Access to the tools we are automating, and a point person who can answer questions about how your processes actually run. You don't need documented processes. Most clients don't have them. Mapping what you actually do today is half the value of Discovery.
We'll just build it ourselves in Zapier. Why you? +
You can, and most founders do. Then it breaks at 2am, no one knows why, and the founder is back in the weeds. We build automations that hold up under real volume, with error handling, retries, and failure alerts, handed over documented. Zapier consultants build connectors. Dev shops build apps. We build the operating layer between your tools that actually runs the business.
