What exactly do you do? +

We build custom AI workflow automation for businesses. Discovery comes first: we map your actual workflows and hand you a prioritized roadmap. Then we build the priority automations on open-source n8n or custom servers, with Claude built in where reasoning, classification, or generation helps. Then we hand everything over, documented and trained.

Who do you work with? +

US-based businesses, typically 5 to 50 people, still run hands-on by their owners. If you or your first hires are drowning in lead routing, reporting, onboarding, and follow-ups instead of selling or building, you are exactly who we built this for. We don't serve enterprise, and we don't serve businesses outside that range.

What does it cost? +

Discovery runs $1,000 to $4,000 depending on scope. Implementation typically runs $3,000 to $8,000 per phase. Discovery ends with a fixed-price build proposal, so you know the exact number before anything gets built, and it doesn't move once agreed. Compare that to an ops hire at $60 to 80K loaded who takes three months to ramp.

What happens when you leave? Can my team maintain it? +

Everything we build runs on open-source n8n or custom servers, with Loom walkthroughs, written SOPs, and architecture diagrams for every workflow. No black boxes. You own it, your team gets trained on it, and you can bring it in-house or switch providers anytime. An optional monthly retainer covers maintenance and new workflows if you want us to stay on.

What is required on my end? +

Access to the tools we are automating, and a point person who can answer questions about how your processes actually run. You don't need documented processes. Most clients don't have them. Mapping what you actually do today is half the value of Discovery.
